What data are we processing ?

Email, first name, last name, birth date, address, country, phone number, pilot licenses information, english level, medical class,
flights done (pilot, student, instructor, plane, airport from/to, date-time), flights debriefing/evaluation, amounts paid and flight credits used, online-course progression,...

Why are we processing this data (purpose) ?

The goal of My DTO is to provide an application to the Piloting Schools / Plane rental centers to allow them to manage their day-to-day activity : planning, plane reservations, flights logging, students training, planes counters, pilot/students accounts, trace the learning/evaluation of each student, provide a documentation library, notes about planes, ...

How to delete your personnal information from our system ?

If you want your personnal information to be removed from the system, please contact your Flight School or jfdsoft@gmail.com
My DTO does not share your data with any other thirdparty application/website.

Note about Google sign-in :

The Google sign-in button allows you setup your account more easily.
It means also that Google could guess that you have interrest for aviation.

Cookies :

My DTO uses only functional cookies : session cookie, user language.
These cookies are not shared to any other third-party website.
